All structures in Boone County shall have their new addresses posted on their structure, mailbox or mailbox post by January 1, 1994. Customers of the Postal Service shall have until June 1, 1994, to communicate their new address to all of their mailers. No mail will be forwarded to rural route and box number type postal addresses in Boone County by the Postal Service after June 1, 1994.
