Upon presentation of proper credentials, the Building Inspector or his or her duly authorized representatives may enter, at reasonable times, any building, structure or premises in the jurisdiction of the Boone County Area Plan Commission to perform any duty imposed upon him or her by this subchapter. Failure by a permit owner to allow such inspection shall require the Executive Director of the Area Plan Commission to seek the enforcement remedies described in § 151.99.
