(A) Penalties. All persons, firms or corporations violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class B infraction punishable by a fine of not more than $1,000. Every day any violation of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Remedies. The Board of Commissioners, the Boone County Prosecutor, the Boone County Auditor or any designated enforcement official, may institute a suit for injunction in the Circuit or Superior Courts of Boone County, Indiana, to restrain an individual, firm or corporation from violating the provisions of this chapter.
