(A) All complaints of alleged violations of the provisions of this chapter shall be made in writing to the Boone County Auditor. Upon learning of violations of the provisions of this chapter and/or related ordinances or laws, the Auditor shall utilize the enforcement remedies as provided herein.
(B) After a hearing thereon, if the Auditor should determine that the license shall be revoked, no refund of license or permit fee shall be due.
