§ 30.07 ELECTION OR CAMPAIGN MATERIALS IN/ON COURTHOUSE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, group, or entity to place, distribute, or display any placard, flyer, poster, or other materials which display a message advocating for or against a person or persons seeking an elected office in a primary or general election in or on Courthouse property, including the lawn surrounding the Courthouse, except the day of an election, subject to Indiana law.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, group, or entity to place, distribute or display any placard, flyer, poster, or other materials which display a message advocating for or against a particular position on a public question during a primary or general election in or on Courthouse property, including the lawn surrounding the Courthouse, except the day of an election, subject to Indiana law.
