Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed to have committed an violation and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $500 for the first offense and not more than $1,000 for the second and each subsequent offense. Each violation of the chapter shall constitute a separate violation, and each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation. In addition to the specific enforcement mechanisms contained within this chapter, the Health Officer may furnish written evidence of any violation of this chapter to the Boone County Prosecutor and/or the Boone County Attorney for appropriate action against the licensee and the person(s) in charge, including prosecution and enforcement action for violation of the provisions of this chapter.
