The County Inspector for weights and measures, shall maintain duplicate ticket books and shall cause to be recorded in his or her records the payment of all minimum fines. All minimum fines shall be mailed directly to the Boone County Auditor, attention weights and measures fines, 201 Courthouse Square, Lebanon, Indiana 46052. The Weights and Measures Office shall be responsible for maintaining records of the minimum fines that are paid and assessed, causing minimum fines to be deposited and filing additional tickets in the appropriate court of Boone County.
