VOLUME 1 CODE OF ORDINANCES
VOLUME 2 LAND USAGE
§ 90.03 ENFORCEMENT.
   This chapter shall be enforced by the authorized employee(s) of the following (hereinafter collectively referred to as Enforcement Personnel):
   (A)   Boone County Health Department; and
   (B)   Boone County Area Plan Commission.
