(A) The owner or owner's agent shall request a pre-installation meeting by the Boone County Health Department at least two working days before the start of any construction of a residential or commercial OSDS.
(B) The owner or owner's agent shall request an inspection by the Boone County Health Department at least two working days before any portion of the OSDS is covered, as required in 410 IAC 6-8.2-50(h).
(C) The OSDS construction shall comply with the requirements of 410 IAC 6-8.2 et seq., all provisions of this subchapter, all other local ordinances, and the OSDS permit.
(D) The Boone County Health Department may inspect all commercial OSDS installations.
