The Health Officer, as hereinafter defined, is hereby authorized to issue OSDS permits as prescribed in 410 IAC 6-8.2-52, issue installer certifications, collect OSDS permit and incidental fees, perform inspections as prescribed in 410 IAC 6-8.2-52, order or otherwise compel correction of violations of this subchapter as prescribed in 410 IAC 6-8.2-54 and 55, and is otherwise authorized to perform all actions necessary for the administration and enforcement of this subchapter.
