The fees collected hereunder shall be used to help defray the cost of administering the regulatory provisions set forth in this subchapter. All such fees shall be remitted by the officials collecting the same to the County Treasurer, and credited to a special account of Boone County, Indiana, to be created by the County Auditor and to be known as the Transportation and Facility Special Fund.
