(A) The Board shall administer and enforce this subchapter. This subchapter shall be enforced by injunction of the Circuit Court upon proof of its violation by a mere preponderance of the evidence.
(B) The Board shall report any alleged violation of this subchapter to the Prosecuting Attorney for Boone County, Indiana, who shall promptly cause proceedings to be commenced against the alleged violator of this subchapter and to prosecute the matter to final determination.
