§ 51.042 NONINTERFERENCE WITH ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS.

No statement contained in this subchapter shall be construed to interfere with any additional requirements that may be imposed by the State of Kentucky, EPA, County Health Department, or other applicable authority.
