§ 40.23 TREASURER TO FURNISH REPORTS REQUIRED BY FISCAL COURT.

The Treasurer will furnish such reports as the Fiscal Courts of Boone, Campbell or Kenton Counties shall from time to time require, including, but not limited to, copies of the Commission's annual budget and audited financial statements.
