(A) The money collected from the imposition and levy of the special transient room tax shall be used solely for the purpose of meeting the operating expenses of a convention center(s) operated by the Center Corporation and for the purposes set forth in KRS 91A.350 et seq and KRS 154.90-005 et seq.
(B) The money collected from the imposition and levy of the additional transient room tax shall be used solely for the purpose of funding an expansion of the convention center, and once the expansion is completed and/or any indebtedness related to the expansion is repaid by the Center Corporation, then to support regional efforts relating to the promotion of tourism and convention business carried on by the Northern Kentucky Convention and Visitors Commission.
