Within 20 days after the end of each calendar month, the taxpayer shall file with the Treasurer, a tax return on the form established by the Commission setting forth the amount of rent charged during said month and shall pay the amount of transient room tax, special transient room tax, and additional transient room tax due for said month within said 20 day period.
