§ 37.04 COURT TO ISSUE WRITTEN DECISION.

The Fiscal Court shall meet with the complainant at the next regularly scheduled court meeting. The Court shall issue a written decision on the matter within 30 days and the decision shall be the final procedure for the complainant at the local level. Minutes of this meeting and the report by Fiscal Court shall be part of the Fiscal Court meeting minutes.
