§ 31.25 ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF INDEPENDENT DISTRICT DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH.

The members of the Fiscal Court agree to create, establish, maintain and operate an Independent District Department of Health as defined in KRS 212.780, along with Kenton County, Campbell County and Grant County. Further, the Fiscal Court agrees to provide for its portion of the costs for the creation, establishment, maintenance and operation of the Independent District Department of Health.
