§ 31.03 DUTIES OF DEPARTMENTS.

   (A)   Each department will prepare a concise statement of their function and services provided.

   (B)   Each department will adhere to any and all Kentucky Revised Statues pertaining to their agency.

   (C)   Each department will provide reports to the Judge/Executive and Fiscal Court as outlined in §§ 30.01 et seq. of this title and as additionally directed by the Judge/Executive.
