(A) Order of business shall include, when applicable, but not be limited to, the following:
(1) Call to order.
(2) Invocation and pledge.
(3) Approval of minutes.
(4) Delegations.
(5) Ordinances and resolutions.
(6) Personnel matters.
(7) Judge/Executive report.
(8) Administrative update.
(9) Departmental update.
(10) Old business.
(11) New business
(12) Fiscal matters.
(13) Adjournment.
(B) The Judge/Executive shall prepare an agenda for each Fiscal Court meeting and deliver it to all official participants and news media at least 24 hours in advance.
