§ 30.29 SPECIAL MEETINGS; NOTICE.
   (A)   A special meeting may be called either by the Judge/Executive (but not his/her designee) or two Commissioners.
   (B)   (1)   Notice of a special meeting must be delivered at least 24 hours prior to the time of the meeting. In the rare event time does not permit a 24 hour notice, then a notice that is reasonable under the circumstances that allows notice to the news media may take precedence.
      (2)   It shall be the responsibility of the Fiscal Court Clerk to prepare and distribute the proper notices.
