(A) The Fiscal Court shall adopt a meeting schedule at it's first meeting in January (this meeting is to be held on the first Tuesday following the first Monday).
(B) Normally, regular official meetings will be held, each month, as follows:
(1) Tuesday after the first Monday at 10:00 a.m.
(2) Third Tuesday after the first Monday at 5:30 p.m.
(C) Normally, caucus meetings will be held, each month, on the second Tuesday after the first Monday (alternate between 10:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.).
