(A) The Judge/Executive may designate a County Administrator who shall serve as Chief Administrative Officer in all matters as assigned by the Judge/Executive.
(B) The County Administrator may be delegated any responsibility not construed as legislative in nature.
(C) The appointment of the County Administrator shall continue until such time the Judge/Executive issues an executive order appointing a new County Administrator or declaring the position of County Administrator vacant.
