§ 118.08 USE OF PLEDGED REVENUES.
   Pledged revenues shall be deposited by the county into the special fund created under § 118.07 and shall be used solely to pay for public infrastructure costs in accordance with the Dixie Highway Local Development Area No. 2 Agreement as same may be amended from time to time.
