The establishment date is the effective date of this chapter. The commencement date of the Dixie Highway Local Development Area No. 2 is the date of execution of the Dixie Highway Local Development Area No. 2 Agreement and the termination date shall be exactly 30 years subsequent to the activation date of the Agreement relating to the Dixie Highway Local Development Area No. 2. However, the termination date for the Dixie Highway Local Development Area No. 2 shall in no event be more than 40 years from the establishment date.
