§ 35.29 APPEAL.
   Any person having been found by the Ethics Commission of violating this Ethics Code may appeal the decision to the Boone County Circuit Court. The Kentucky Rules of Civil Procedure concerning appeals to Circuit Court shall apply to all such appeals.
