When any county government officer, county government employee, county government agent or any member of his/her immediate family shall have any private financial interest, directly or indirectly, in any contract or matter pending before or within the Boone County Fiscal Court or their county government agency a disclosure of such interest shall be immediately made to the Boone County Fiscal Court, or governing body of such agency by the government officer, county government employee or county government agent. That disclosure shall be part of the permanent meeting records maintained by the Boone County Fiscal Court or county government agency.
