§ 35.04 NEPOTISM.

No county government officer shall hire, nor shall members of the Boone County Fiscal Court vote to hire, a member of his/her immediate family to a position that receives compensation, income, retirement contributions, or health insurance benefits from the County of Boone/Boone County Fiscal Court.
