No person being the owner, occupant or otherwise in possession of any property located in the county, shall knowingly allow any person under the age of 21 years, (except members of his or her immediate family, spouse or children), to remain on such property while such person under the age of 21 years is in the possession of or consuming any alcoholic beverage.
