(A) The Board shall have jurisdiction to enforce and shall enforce those county ordinances regarding parking violations occurring within the county, City of Union or City of Walton which specifically provide for civil enforcement.
(B) The Board shall have the authority to consider and resolve any claims of incorrect determination of occupied individual residential units or occupied individual commercial units as defined in Boone County, Kentucky, Code of Ordinances § 37.36.
(C) The Board shall not have the authority to enforce any ordinance the violation of which constitutes a criminal offense under the provisions of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, including specifically, any provision of the Kentucky Penal Code and any moving motor vehicle offense.
