§ 73.02 CREATION AND MEMBERSHIP.
   There is hereby created pursuant to KRS 65.8801 - 65.8839 within the county, a Parking Violation and 911 Dwelling Unit Service Fee Hearing Board (the “Board”) which shall be composed of five members.
