In order to provide uniform enforcement and inspection services as stated in KRS 100.281 and Article 1 of the 1988 Boone County Subdivision Regulations and subsequent amendments, a uniform schedule of fees for permits, enforcement services and inspection services for the incorporated areas of Florence and Union and for the unincorporated area of Boone County shall be established and adopted by the County Planning Commission for services provided in § 155.10 of this chapter. In addition, the County Planning Commission shall collect such fees and distribute the collected revenue to the departments or organizations performing the inspection and enforcement services. The collected revenue shall be distributed on a quarterly basis to the departments or organizations undertaking the inspections. These fees do not include inspection services for public sanitary sewer and public water lines.
