§ 155.10 RESPONSIBILITY OF ENFORCEMENT AND INSPECTION.
   Enforcement and inspection services of the following items as required and defined in the 1988 Boone County Subdivision Regulations and subsequent amendments shall be the responsibility of the following departments under the County Fiscal Court:
   (A)   Soil erosion on property located in unincorporated Boone County and Union and related to grading work performed as a result of approved improvement plans for subdivisions shall be the responsibility of the County Fiscal Court and the Public Works Department.
   (B)   Soil erosion and inspection of natural drainage and drainage facilities on property located in unincorporated Boone County, Florence, and Union and related to excavation or grading work on individual lots based upon an approved building permit shall be the responsibility of the County Fiscal Court and the Building Inspection Department.
   (C)   Storm sewer pipe and associated drainage facilities such as catch basins, manholes, headwalls, and the like on property located in unincorporated Boone County and Union and within proposed or existing easements in subdivisions that connect to sewers in an existing or proposed public street right-of-way and detention/retention basins and open surface drainage easements that accommodate stormwater from proposed or existing public streets and storm sewers shall be the responsibility of the County Fiscal Court and the Public Works Department.
   (D)   Streets located in unincorporated Boone County and Union and in a proposed or existing public street right-of-way shall be the responsibility of the County Fiscal Court and the Public Works Department.
   (E)   Sidewalks located in unincorporated Boone County, Florence, and Union and within a proposed or existing public street right-of-way shall be the responsibility of the County Fiscal Court and the Building Inspection Department.
   (F)   Driveway aprons located in unincorporated Boone County, Florence, and Union and within a proposed or existing public street right-of-way shall be the responsibility of the County Fiscal Court and the Building Inspection Department.
