§ 154.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Where an act or omission is prohibited or declared unlawful in this chapter, and no penalty is otherwise provided, the offense shall be deemed a misdemeanor and the offender shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense.

   (B)   Any person who violates § 154.01 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a violation and fined not less than $10 nor more than $100. Each sign which is placed by a violator contrary to the terms of § 154.01 of this chapter shall be considered.
