(A) No licensed Electrical Inspector shall issue a certificate of approval on any particular wiring or electrical installation until the electrical contractor, electrician, master electrician, or owner-occupant fully complies with the requirements of the National Electrical Code and other appropriate codes and ordinances as adopted by the Fiscal Court.
(B) The issuance of any certificate of approval by an Electrical Inspector other than in accordance with the requirements of this subchapter shall be cause for the county to revoke the Electrical Inspector's license and/or county occupational license. In addition, failure of the Electrical Inspector to comply with any other requirements of this subchapter shall be further cause to revoke these licenses. The revocation shall be in addition to the criminal penalties in the county code.
