(A) No person, including any electric, light, or power company, shall connect with or furnish current to any electrical installation within the county until after such electrical installation has been inspected and approved by an Electrical Inspector, and a certificate of approval issued by him or her.
(B) A copy of the certificate of approval shall be submitted to the Building Department within three days after the date of issuance.
