(A) A certification of approval shall be obtained from a duly qualified Electrical Inspector for all work covered by any electrical permit or for any electrical work that is done within the County. Before a certification of approval is issued by an Electrical Inspector, the electrical work must meet the minimum standards of the National Electrical Code or other appropriate codes and ordinances as adopted by the Fiscal Court.
(B) One copy of the certification shall be provided to the County Building Department by the Electrical Inspector within ten days after issuance.
