§ 150.49 REVIEW OF BOARD DECISION; APPEAL.

The decision of the Board may be appealed to the Kentucky Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction. The decision of the State Building Code Appeals Board is final and there is no appeal, except to the Circuit Court within whose jurisdiction the property in question is located.
