§ 150.30 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   APPLICANT. The owner, or the individual or business, authorized by the owner to obtain the necessary construction permits.
   BUILDING INSPECTOR. The duly appointed official and his or her assistants selected by the County Fiscal Court to issue commercial/industrial building permits, residential building permits, demolition permits and above ground swimming pool permits and to collect fees for the issuance of same.
   CONSTRUCTION. Any construction of any commercial or industrial buildings or structures, residential buildings or structures, including in-ground swimming pools, whether it is a new construction or additions to existing structures.
   PERMIT FEES. The fees required to be paid to the County Building Inspector for commercial/industrial building permits, residential building permits, demolition permits, or above ground swimming pool permits pursuant to this subchapter.
   PERMITS. Commercial/industrial building permits, residential building permits, demolition permits and above ground swimming pool permits issued by the County Building Inspector after the applicant has paid the applicable permit fee.
