(A) The Kentucky Building Code (consisting of the International Building Code with Kentucky Supplement), as promulgated in 815 KAR 7:120 by the Board of Housing, Buildings and Construction, Commonwealth of Kentucky, and the Kentucky Residential Code (consisting of the International Residential Code with Kentucky Supplement) as promulgated in 815 KAR 7125 by the Board of Housing, Buildings and Construction, are hereby adopted in full as if set out at length herein.
(B) A copy of the Kentucky Building Code (International Building Code with Kentucky Supplement) and the Kentucky Residential Code (International Residential Code with Kentucky Supplement), together with a copy of all other regulations or NFPA pamphlets adopted or referred to thereunder, are on file in the Office of the County Clerk, and the Clerk shall at all times keep a copy of the Building Code and Residential Code for reference.
(C) An attested copy of Ordinance 930.10, Ordinance 03-04, and Ordinance 09-06 shall be transmitted to the Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
