(A) Plan review fees for existing buildings in which the use group or occupancy type is changed shall be calculated by using the total square footage of the entire building or structure under the new occupancy type as determined by the outside dimensions. The minimum fee for review of plans shall be $150.
(B) Plan review fees for alterations and repairs shall be calculated by multiplying the cost for repairs by $0.20. The minimum fee for review of plans under this division shall be $150.
(C) Additional plan review fees.

(2) Fire detection system review fee. The fee for zero to 20,000 square feet shall be $150. Over 20,000 square feet shall be $150 plus $25 for each additional 10,000 square feet in excess of 20,000 square feet.
(3) Standpipe plan review fee. The standpipe plan review fee shall be $150. Combination standpipe and rise plans will be reviewed under automatic sprinkler review fee schedule.
(4) Carbon dioxide suppression system review fee. The fee for one to 200 pounds of agent shall be $150. Over 200 pounds of agent shall be $150 plus $0.10 per pound in excess of 200 pounds.
(5) Clean agent suppression system review fee. The fee for up to 35 pounds of agent shall be $150. Over 35 pounds shall be $150 plus $0.20 per pound over 35 pounds.
(6) Foam suppression system review fee. One dollar per gallon of foam concentrate. The fee for review of plans shall not be less than $150 nor more than $1,500.
(7) Commercial range hood review fee. The fee shall be $150 per hood.
(8) Dry chemical systems review fee (except range hoods). The fee for 1 to 30 pounds of agent shall be $150. Over 30 pounds of agent shall be $150 plus $0.35 per pound in excess of 30 pounds.
(9) Flammable, combustible liquids or gases and hazardous materials plan review fee. Refer to State Fire Marshal.
