§ 72.09 USING SLUGS OR SUBSTITUTES, TAMPERING WITH OR INJURING PARKING METERS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to deposit a slug or other substitute for a coin of the United States or city-issued parking meter token in any city parking meter.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to deface, injure, tamper with, open or willfully break, destroy, or impair the usefulness of any city parking meter, except that duly authorized persons may make necessary collections and repairs.
