(A) Any person who wishes to appeal a citation issued by a town law enforcement officer pursuant to this title may do so within ten calendar days of the issuance of the citation. This appeal shall be made to the Chief of Police or his or her designee.
(B) Any person who wishes to appeal a citation issued by town parking enforcement personnel pursuant to this title may do so by delivering a written notice of appeal to the Boone Town Hall located at 567 West King Street, which written notice must be delivered or post-marked within ten days of the issuance the citation and shall be heard by the Parking Committee of the Downtown Boone Development Association. The Parking Committee shall be composed of six persons. A quorum of three committee members is required to reach a decision on any appeal. The Parking Committee will meet every two weeks or as needed.
