§ 92.17 BUILDING PERMIT PLAN REVIEW.
   Except in the case of one- and two-family residential dwellings, all building plans submitted to the Boone Planning and Inspections Department for the issuance of a building permit shall be reviewed by the Fire Department for compliance with this chapter and the Fire Code.
