Any person requesting acceptance by Town Council of street infrastructure shall submit a request to the Administrator on a form prepared for that purpose, accompanied by a fully executed one-year infrastructure warranty and repair security on a form acceptable to the town. Any such request shall be deemed to include a request for acceptance of any water, sanitary sewer, sidewalk, or storm drainage systems located under or adjoining such street infrastructure, and such water, sanitary sewer, sidewalk, or storm drainage systems likewise shall be accompanied by a fully executed one-year infrastructure warranty and repair security on a form acceptable to the town.
