§ 50.009 SEVERABILITY.
   If any word, provision, paragraph, section or subchapter of this chapter is invalidated by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining words, provisions, paragraphs, sections and subchapters shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and effect.
