§ 50.001 AUTHORITY.
   This chapter is adopted under the authority granted by G.S. Ch. 160A.

§ 50.002 TITLE.
   This chapter shall be known under the general title of, referred to or cited as the "Water and Sewer Use Ordinance for the Town of Boone, State of North Carolina" and hereinafter referred to as "this chapter".
