§ 152.03 RESPONSIBILITIES OF BUILDING OWNER.
   (A)   The owner(s) of a building having a rental residential dwelling unit or dwelling units shall be responsible for installing or having qualified persons install outlets as required by this subchapter. Installation of 120-volt automatic smoke detector outlets shall be done by a licensed electrical contractor.
   (B)   The owner of a rental residential dwelling unit shall be responsible for maintaining his or her automatic smoke detector and its power source.
