The general penalty provisions of § 10.99 of this code apply to any violation of this chapter. In addition, the town is authorized to take all necessary action to protect its logo, including, but not limited to, the initiation of a civil action and pursuit of an injunction to prohibit or stop the unauthorized display, reproduction or other use of the town’s logo. Should the town initiate a civil action to protect its logo, it shall be entitled to recover its court costs, including attorney’s fees against a person or entity who has improperly displayed, reproduced or used the town’s logo.
