(A) All boards, commissions, task forces, advisory bodies, committees or other entities shall be created by motion, second and majority vote of the Council.
(B) The Council shall appoint the members of each board, commission, task force, advisory body, committee and other entity (hereafter, “body”) in accordance with the town’s Unified Development Ordinance and § 30.51, supra, as appropriate.
